TradeInvest Timor-Leste (TITL) is an autonomous government agency operating to promote, facilitate, and
monitor private investments and exports to drive national economic growth and development.
It is our effort to implement TITL’s mandate of investment promotion that includes: issuing Investment Certificate, Declaration of Benefits, and negotiating special investment agreement in Timor-Leste. We have continued to spearhead the provision of advisory services as well as facilitating and offering aftercare services to the business community and guiding policy formulation.
