Lembaga Urus Air Selangor (LUAS) is the State of Selangor’s water resources management agency responsible in managing state’s water resources including surface water (river basins, lakes, ponds, etc), ground water and coastal area within 3 nautical miles. LUAS manages water resources through the Integrated River Basin Management (IRBM) as well as the Integrated Coastal Management (ICM) approach. LUAS is equipped with its legal and enforcement provisions based on LUAS Enactment 1999.
