Selangor Human Resource Development Centre (SHRDC) is an ISO certified, not-for-profit and award-winning talent and skills development centre that was established on February 14, 1992, as a tri-partiate collaboration between the Federal Government, State Government, and our Founding Members. This noble initiative was conceived in response to the call for development and the enhancement of workforce skills to contribute to economic growth. It originated within the semiconductor manufacturing sector and subsequently expanded to encompass various other industries. Since then, we have become the preferred destination for professional training and talent development locally and globally. Backed by our ISO certification, we remain dedicated to providing high-quality training solutions that cater to the diverse needs of different industries.

Over the years, we have trained over 95,000 individuals and developed long-lasting partnerships with esteemed clients. Our training programs cover a wide range of industry skillsets, including Solar Renewable Energy, Smart Factory, Microsystems, Footwear, Aerospace, ICT- Information Communication & Technology, and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) training. We also offer other development programs that cater to essential skills and industry 4.0 under the Malaysian Smart Factory (MSF) 4.0
