b) Be mindful that the Malaysian government revised the Hotel rules & laws in 2021, and participating hotels are free from any claims & liabilities in the event of rare incidents of food poisoning. In Malaysia, such concepts, including freshly done meals by volunteers in various NGOs, serve about 10,000-15,000 meals daily.

c) The TDS enables a more practical and sustainable storage and supply chain, extending shelf life overall, saving solid food waste, and reducing the cost of food disposal. Overall, the government spends little extra OPEX to implement this programme for the benefit of the general populace.
