Unit Pembangunan Usahawan Negeri Kedah (UPUK), a unit under the purview of Bahagian Perancang Ekonomi Negeri Kedah (BPEN) Kerajaan Negeri Kedah was established since 2014 to stimulate the entrepreneurship development initiatives by providing grants facilities, financial assistance, advisory services, market access and other support programmes. UPUK also executed a lot of smart collaboration with industry practitioners, professionals and government agencies in order to strengthen national entrepreneurship ecosystem.
